Thai Basil Pork with mint




1 TBSP Chili Oil
1 TBSP Garlic Paste
3/4 - 1 lb Pork Loin Country Style (sliced thin)
1-2 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Fish Sauce
3-4 Jalapenos (sliced)
1 Onion (sliced)
2 Packs of Basil (chiffonade)
8-10 Mint Leaves (chiffonade)
1/2 Ground Pepper
Oil
Salt 


- Place sliced pork in bowl with garlic, pinch of salt, and chili oil, mix to coat and set aside
- Heat up a few tablespoons of oil in pan and fry pork in a couple of batches
- Drain some oil if needed from pan
- Toss in onions for a min then jalapenos
- Once they start to soften add the soy to deglaze any bits in pan
- Add Cooked Pork
- Add fish sauce, mix
- Turn off heat then add the herbs and pepper
- Mix and serve with rice
